The Sharks Fastpitch Organization was created by three former college softball players who were looking for something new and different. With the new era of NIL and the Transfer Portal, getting athletes recruited out of high school continues to become more and more challenging. After all, why would a college coach take a risk on a kid fresh out of high school when they could jump in the portal and acquire an already seasoned collegiate athlete?

That question is exactly why we chose to start our own organization. Why should a college coach take a risk on a kid out of high school? The answer, because they're a SHARK.

Athletes that are a part of the Shark Fastpitch organization are taught by former college athletes how to become successful college athletes in the future. We focus on the physical, mental, and emotional aspects of the game so that coaches know when they get a shark they are getting nothing but the best.
